Prescription Line Fault
Our telephone provider is aware of issues with our prescription line.
If your call to our prescription line gets disconnected, please call the practice and we will be happy to accept your prescription request by phone while this fault is investigated.
We can also set up online ordering for you if you would prefer to order medication in this way.

Our practice will be closed to take part in Protected Learning Time for all staff.
If you require acute or urgent medical attention during this time, call the practice as usual and you'll be diverted to our dedicated call handlers who will triage you to the most appropriate person.
For routine enquiries such as blood results or repeat prescriptions, please call when the practice reopens.
